CogniHoney FAQ: what it is
What is CogniHoney?
A dietary supplement in capsules, sold to support memory and recall, focus and mental clarity, and cognitive health. The seller’s list names eleven ingredients, and each bottle holds thirty capsules.
Does CogniHoney contain honey?
Honey is in the name and the honeycomb is on the label, but none of the eleven listed ingredients is honey. It is a capsule, not a honey, gummy or powder product.
What does CogniHoney claim to support?
Three things, as the label words them: memory and recall support, focus and mental clarity, and support for cognitive health. Nothing on this website goes past those three.
Is CogniHoney a treatment for memory loss?
No. It is not a treatment for dementia, Alzheimer’s disease or mild cognitive impairment. Memory that is changing in a way that worries you is a reason to be assessed by a clinician, not a reason to start a supplement.
Does the FDA approve CogniHoney before sale?
No dietary supplement is approved by the FDA before sale. One of the seals the seller shows is an FDA registered facility roundel: a listing of where products are made, not an approval.
Who is CogniHoney for?
Adults aged 18 and over, following the label. It is not for anyone who is pregnant or nursing.
CogniHoney FAQ: the eleven ingredients
What are the CogniHoney ingredients?
Himalayan pink salt, cinnamon extract, AGP choline, bacopa monnieri (20%), lutein (5%), bilberry leaf powder, vitamin B6, ginkgo biloba powder, vitamin B12, zeaxanthin (5%) and green tea extract (50%), in the seller’s list order.
What do the percentages mean?
A percentage beside an ingredient name is normally a standardisation figure: the share of a marker compound in that raw material. The list does not name the markers, so the four figures describe how concentrated each material is, never how much of it is in a capsule.
How much of each ingredient is in a capsule?
The seller’s list gives no milligram amounts. Read the Supplement Facts panel on the bottle you receive; the supplement facts page explains what to look for.
What is AGP choline?
Alpha-GPC, also called L-alpha-glycerylphosphorylcholine. It supplies choline, which the body uses to make acetylcholine, a messenger involved in attention and memory.
Why are eye nutrients in a memory capsule?
Lutein and zeaxanthin collect in the eye and in brain tissue, and researchers use macular pigment as a marker of how much reaches the brain. Bilberry is listed as leaf powder rather than the fruit.
Does CogniHoney contain caffeine?
Green tea extract carries caffeine unless it is decaffeinated, and the list says neither way and gives no caffeine figure. If caffeine matters to you, check your bottle’s panel.
CogniHoney FAQ: how to take it
How do I take CogniHoney?
Two capsules daily with a full glass of water, about 30 to 60 minutes before your largest meal, or as the label on your bottle directs.
How long does one bottle last?
Fifteen days. Thirty capsules at two a day is fifteen days, so two bottles last thirty days, three last forty-five and six last ninety.
What if I miss a day?
The label gives no special instruction for a missed day. Carry on with the usual two capsules the next day, and do not take more than the label states.
How long before I notice anything?
This desk’s buyers most often report a change at three to four weeks. The bacopa trials in the published review each ran twelve weeks, which is a research figure, not a promise about this capsule.
Can I take CogniHoney with other supplements?
Add up anything that repeats. Vitamin B6 has an adult upper limit of 100 mg a day from all sources combined, so a B-complex or multivitamin counts toward it.
CogniHoney FAQ: safety and side effects
Does CogniHoney have side effects?
The listed ingredients have their own reported effects: ginkgo can cause dizziness, stomach upset and headache, and green tea extract can cause nausea and raise blood pressure. The safety page covers each one.
Can I take CogniHoney with a blood thinner?
Ginkgo may raise the risk of bleeding in people taking an anticoagulant such as warfarin. If you take one, speak to your prescriber before the first capsule.
Does it interact with other medicines?
Green tea has lowered blood levels of nadolol, atorvastatin and raloxifene in studies. Metformin and acid-reducing medicines can lower B12 levels. Bring the bottle to your prescriber or pharmacist.
Is it safe for the liver?
Liver injury has been reported with concentrated green tea extracts, mostly in capsule form, and cassia cinnamon carries coumarin. Anyone with a liver condition should read the panel and ask their clinician first.
Can I take CogniHoney while pregnant or nursing?
No. The label says it is not for anyone who is pregnant or nursing.

Who answers the CogniHoney questions
Four claims about these pages that a sceptical reader can check in ten minutes.
-
01
The bottle is the source
The eleven names, the four percentages, the capsule count and the serving direction come from the product artwork and the seller’s own list. Prices, the guarantee and the refund steps come from the seller’s terms for this desk.
-
02
Research amounts live in a column of their own
Headed “What published studies used”, beside a column showing what the list gives. No sentence here moves a number from the first into the second.
-
03
Sources are cited against their own population
Where a study was run in people with a diagnosis, the sentence says so and the result is not carried across to a healthy reader.
-
04
Corrections change the date
Write to contact@Cognihhoney.com and the correction is made on the page itself, with the review date moved forward.
We earn when you buy
Cognihhoney is the USA Authorized CogniHoney Retailer and this website makes money on orders placed through it. That is why the unflattering parts are here too: the ingredients with thin evidence, the three-star review, and the plain statement that CogniHoney is not a treatment for anything. Tracking, changes and refunds go through +1 (302) 200-3480; orders go through the checkout only.
